Hyzer Creek Tee Signs

Post by closed » Sat Feb 25, 2012 5:30 pm

On a Facebook post Morgan mentioned about CPS and Jay park like signs on Hyzer Creeks tees? Scoontar agreed to purchase the first two 8 and 13 and I'll call hole 1 it's my favorite one at the course. Who else would be into buying signs for Hyzer like Jay and CPS? Morgan are you up for it?

As long as the new signs are as good as the ones there now. The most informative signs in DisCap.

You guys should talk to the Skylands folks about what kind of tee signs they got at Wolfe Woods. The ones at CPS and soon J are very good, but the WW signs are the best i've seen anywhere. Not sure how much they cost but it would be worth looking into if you want killer tee signs. Scoontar might know something about them.

I'm pretty sure the Wolfe Woods signs were done by Skylands local Tom Farkas. I don't know how much they cost each, but I don't think it was too pricey and they got a local lumber company to donate the posts.

Ryan I don't think you can call hole 1, Tim Jiardini is the pin sponsor and the tee sign should have his name on it, since he sponsored the pin. I don't know how it would go as for TEE SIGN sponsors, do they get their names on the sign too, but smaller?

Or maybe, pin sponsors get their name on the tee sign, and tee sign sponsors get their name on the pin?????

No, I mean you can still take hole 1, but I don't know about how the tee sign sponsor/pin sponsor thing plays out. :violence-duel: :twocents-02cents: :violence-uzi: :text-callme: :scared-shocked: :orcs-cheers: :romance-grouphug: :obscene-drinkingchug: :music-guitarred: :obscene-tolietclaw: :gay-imgay: :flags-wavegreatbritain: :character-spamcan: :character-jason:

Today I installed 18 new tee signs for the tee pads at Hyzer Critch

They look pretty slick

I took down all the old tee signs from 2009 because they were faded and covered with algae or whatever but I left all of Kurt Waggoners old tee signs from April Showers 1 from 2006 because they still are in decent shape. It's amazing, he made those temporary paper signs for one tournament 6 or 7 years ago but they still look new. WTF??
